Iowa Psychiatry offers services to address your psychiatric needs. We have Board Certified adult psychiatrists, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants that specialize in providing thorough and comprehensive diagnostic assessments. While we then specialize in on-going medication management of a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions, we also pride ourselves in developing a comprehensive treatment plan to get you feeling better. We can assist with referrals to individual, family and marital therapists, and to neuropsychologists for comprehensive testing of memory and attentional issues, and also to a broad range of other medical physicians to make sure your physical health needs are also met.

Your initial appointment with us will take less than 60 minutes. We book our follow-up appointments for 30 minutes to allow for ample time to review your interval symptoms and medical history and further treatment options. We strongly encourage our patients to not bring children to appointments whenever possible. 

PAYMENT

Iowa Psychiatry accepts Wellmark/BCBS, ComPsych, and the Third-Party Administrators ClaimDoc and Midlands Choice. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure their scheduled provider is in-network with their insurance plan at Iowa Psychiatry for every appointment.

We offer reasonable cash rates with prompt pay discounts for those outside of insurance coverage or who desire more anonymity.

Please bring your insurance card with you to every appointment.
